I'm not sure why

but apparently I have developed a habit of laying awake for multiple hours trying to sleep and failing, getting frustrated and deciding that a shower at 5 in the morning is the proper solution. This has happened about 3 times in the past 2 months. So um… yeah. I don’t like this form of insomnia that much.
